This project consisted of designing and building a LEED Certified research and development facility for SSAB of Iowa.  The facility was a 27,000 SF building including 14,500 SF of office and lab space, 10,500 SF of High Bay space, and 2000 SF of storage space with and option for a 4,300 SF of future addition.   Included in the construction was all site work, parking, site utilities, building shell and finishes, mechanical systems, electrical systems, security camera systems, access control systems, locker rooms, storage space and and IT system.
