General Constructors, Inc. is the leader of self-performing General Contractor services in Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois. From the first day that GCI was opened by Jim Hayne and Mike Howard in 1994, the Company has continued to grow and improve our capabilities offered to our Clients. Today, as an employee owned company, we continue to provide world-class construction services, including General Contracting, Design-Build, Construction Management, and Subcontracting.
